I've spent the last 20 years in the fitness and leisure industry and currently look after guest experience, sales and retention for 176 locations for Belgravia Leisure in Sydney, Australia.  I've sat in on countless  "experience" presentations over the years and I have to say that Chris's presentation at Filex was the most enjoyable, engaging, and most notably, full of tangible takeaways. (which you often don't see in "member experience" focused presentations)  Chris's session was absolutely superb!

Saying they hit it out of the park isn't even enough. What Chris and his team did was so exactly what I was looking for.  One of my team members (our weekday opener) texted me that she has a renewed look at what she does. I've had several other complimentary texts too.  Not only did Chris provide tangible action items he got my entire team, including me, fired up!  I can't wait to work with Chris again!
